Can i ask also already install the game update it and port open also exclusion on my antivirus problem after gameguard loading and DivineSouls Logo appear nothing happen its like game wont continue Any suggestion on this problem and Ty!

So i just installed the game to try it out but i am saddened that i wasnt able to get in game because of the continuous crashing. I start game using the launcher then gameguard appears and load then Divine souls logo will appear right after this a window will pop up then will automatically close i dont know why but i tried to disable my antivirus and make an exclusion but nothing seems to work i will post the log file for the error
IM USING WINDOWS 7 x64 bit I played Divine souls before but under a different publisher and didnt have any problems with it

Hello everybody, There are some players met the issue that: The game auto close at the log in screen. Firstly, we are very sorry for any inconveniences. This issue is due to many different causes. So if you have trouble with it, please provide us:
1. Your computer specifications, include graphics card informations 2. Log file (you can find the log file right at the set up folder of Divine Souls)

I had to try my password 3-4 times an hit enter before it would log me in but i did get in Hello jaimi After filling the ID and password, the game need some seconds to log you in, does your game run well now?

Yeah i have this problem too.In the login screen my game stop responding and then dissapear like autoclose and i open my log file there's about 100+ log there

Here is something that might help you.
Go to your divine soul folder, there is a setup folder.
Please install both the applications. They are compulsory for divine soul to run.
