Successful Leadership [guideline] What is Holacracy? Holacracy or Holacracy is an Organizational Model in Which a Company Abolishes Its Hierarchies . Instead, There Are Agile Units, the So-called Roles and Circles, Which Discuss and Distribute Their Tasks Independently. What Does Holacracy Have to Do With Sociocracy? The Term “holacracy” is Derived From the Greek Words “holos” Meaning “complete” or “whole” and “kratia” Meaning “rule. That is, Holacracy is the “ Rule of the Whole .” Translated, This Means: a (the Holos), for Example Teams and Departments, and Together These Form a Large Structure. Each Part C Level Contact List Works Independently, but Contributes Something to the Bigger Picture - I.e. To the Fulfillment of the Company's Goals . The Concept is Based on Sociocracy , Which Translates as “ Community Rule ”. Both Are About Forms of Self-organization in Which Decision-making Processes Are Rethought and Lived. This Results in a Bottom-up Approach in Which (Supposedly) Lower-ranking Employees Can Have a Say in Important Decisions. Why Does Holacracy Exist? The World of Work Has Changed Enormously in the Last Few Years. Rigid Structures With Clear Hierarchies Do Not Fit Into the Picture of the 21st Century, Where You Have to Make Decisions Quickly and Initiate Changes in a Short Time. In Addition, the Focus is No Longer on More Efficient Mass Production, but on the Creativity and Creative Power of Individual People.
